Switzerland is well-known for some bouldering areas in Ticino, the southern part of the country. Worldclass areas like Chironico and Cresciano are located in this region. But Switzerland offers much more, also north of the Gotthard, in the Northern Hemisphere of a Swiss Boulderer's World, there is a huge amount of rock to be discovered and climbed.
On the 11th of March 2012, the Gotthard railway was blocked because of a landslide. So we had to look for another place to climb during the weekend. We found a little area with high quality rock and the outstanding arête Vocis Terra, a masterpiece that was first ascended by the legend Fred Nicole.
